Vintage 80s Black Velvet & Lace STEPPIN' OUT Long Sleeve Drop Waist Formal Dress - Luxurious and glamorous all in one. This backless style dress features lace detailing around the bust area, sleeves, and tiered skirt. Additionally, the top area features black velvet sewn down to the drop waistline, with an acetate bow for added effect.
