Vintage 80s Black Velvet UNBRANDED Drop Waist Satin Striped Sleeveless Dress - Too cute not to wear. This little number features a black velvet top, with white fabric buttons, sewn down to the drop waistline, then connected by a black and white striped satin flowy skirt. It also includes boning on the sides to help keep the dress structured and in place.
