Shipping & Returns

We usually take 1-2 business days to ship all items out after your payment has been made.

We only ship with USPS Priority Mail for the United States, but ship with UPS and USPS internationally.

For as of right now, we ship internationally to Australia, Canada, Japan, and the United Kingdom.

We plan to ship to other countries, in the future.

In the U.S. we ONLY ship with USPS Priority Mail, so it gets to you faster and with a tracking number.

In Australia, Canada, Japan and the United Kingdom, we ship with UPS and USPS for more convenient shipping options.

Please allow 1-2 Business Days for us to process, package and get your order into the hands of USPS. After your package is in the hands of the USPS depending on your location it should be in transit for 1-3 business days.

We will email you the tracking number once it's paid for and processed.

If you see your tracking status as delivered, but the package has not been received, please contact us.

Please make sure that you checked your mailbox, roommates, neighbors, front desk or building manager before you contact us.

Please keep in mind that once the package leaves our hands, at the post office, everything is out of our control. Please do your part by checking with your local post office, filing a missing package form, and being patient. We will also do all we can, on our side, to try to resolve the problem.

We've been doing online sales for quite a few years and the scams with returns and people's attitudes that we've encountered have made it almost impossible to trust anyone anymore.

But buy with confidence, we provide you with the best possible description on our items. With photos, measurements and details.

Keep in mind that we ACCEPT RETURNS on any NEW CLOTHING Items, with a 10% Restocking Fee.

NEW CLOTHING needs to be in the same condition it was shipped out in, with the ORIGINAL TAGS; and NO RIPS, TEARS, or DAMAGE of any kind.

Item Details

Yes, all of our items are cleaned to the best of our ability. All Clothing items are either dry cleaned, soaked, or on a gentle cycle in the washing machine. Shoes are cleaned inside and out and polished. All other non-clothing items are all disinfected and wiped clean.

Were sorry no, we don't do that here. We base our pricing on the cost/worth of the item and price it reasonably.

We do this so you don't go broke, and we can still pay our bills.

Yes, if it hasn't been processed or shipped, just send us a message ASAP.

If you receive a damaged item please submit a picture of the damage to our email.

Please make sure to include your order number and a description of the damage, in case it’s not clearly reflected in the photos.

If the package arrives damaged, from post office error... Please file a damage claim to the post office. We ship with USPS Priority domestically, because their "services include up to $100 of insurance."
