This Velvet Pants is in Very Good Condition to Excellent Condition. 

The pants have been altered at the waistline, there is now Velcro inside.

The Inseam (Crotch to Leg Opening): Measures Approximately 29"

The Leg Hole: Measure Approximately 10-3/4"
